GCN CREATES AND DELIVERS executive education and training, from short seminars of only a few hours length to extended modules with class hours equal to university semester or full-year courses. We also provide workshop and strategic retreat facilitation, conference planning (from content development to logistics and marketing), and executive coaching on an extended contract basis.
GCN serves private sector companies, bilateral and multilateral agencies, and civil society organizations. Our target audiences are change agents at all levels of enterprises – from chief executives and boards of directors, to business unit heads, and other decision-critical executives in the public and private sectors. Our goal is to support each participating institution in the achievement of its own missions and goals.
Education and training are provided through “standard” courses in topics of broad interest, or in custom-designed programs. Offerings are matched in content and approach to the needs and interests of the participants, including accounting for regional differences, and the specific conditions of public sector and private sector activities.
GCN is designed around “action-directed learning.” We teach so you can do. Every seminar, every course, every intervention serves a broad common purpose: to provide the knowledge and tools that lead to the best actions for sustainability for each institution.
