Andrew Aulisi is the director of World Resources Institute’s Markets & Enterprise Program (MEP). MEP harnesses markets and enterprise to expand economic opportunity and protect the environment. Andrew guides the Institute's work on transforming business practices globally, including green investment, enterprise development in emerging markets, and corporate environmental performance. Prior to this role, Andrew directed WRI's U.S. climate policy initiative and developed the Institute's work on business climate change strategies, including partnerships with dozens of multinational corporations.

His experience includes five years in the private sector analyzing environmental risk at both AIG Inc. and Marsh Inc. He also spent three years developing business partnerships and market-based policies for Environmental Defense, and two years abroad with the United Nations. Andrew has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York, College of Environmental Science & Forestry, and a bachelors degree in Biology from Bucknell University.

Andrew is author of the WRI publication, The Carbon Value Analysis Tool, which allows project managers to factor in the price of carbon when evaluating greenhouse gas reduction projects; The Corporate Guide to Green Power Markets: Developing Next Generation Green Power Products for Corporate Markets in North America, which provides an introduction to three "next generation" green power products specifically tailored to the needs of corporate customers in voluntary markets, among many others.
